From Initial Enquiry to Treatment
Initial Enquiry
We are happy for pet owners to contact us directly if they feel their pet could benefit from rehabilitation or advanced pain management. One of our practitioners will arrange for a referral request from your Vet if we feel treatment is appropriate.
We are also happy to receive direct referrals from Veterinary Surgeons. Please use the Referral section of the website and complete the online form.
Prior to consultation
As part of the referral, your vets will send us your pet’s clinical history, lab results and radiographs.
We will ask for as much information as possible, as this will help us ensure we have the full picture of your pets condition and current treatments
We can then arrange a suitable time and date to see your pet.
