Don’t just take our word for it
I really cannot recommend North Paws enough. I met Natalie and her team a year ago when looking for laser treatment for my Bernese Mountain Dog, Poppy, following cruciate surgery. Poppy had hurt herself so went along for treatment. As soon as Natalie saw Poppy, she recommended we went back to our vets as she thought there was something else going on. Fast forward a month and we had the diagnosis that her Achilles tendon was damaged and needed surgical repair.
The past year has been hard for Poppy following the surgery, as her leg got infected and the repair failed, resulting in the implant being removed and her being fitted with an orthotic brace. Throughout all this, Natalie has been there for us all and I truly believe we’d have lost Poppy if it wasn’t for her. The laser treatment is outstanding, the advice and emotional support is second to none.
Poppy is finally doing well is now able to do two swim sessions a week, alongside her laser treatments, and it’s all down to North Paws……thank you from the bottom of our hearts

All the team at North Paws have been fantastic in aiding my 9 year old schnauzer’s recovery from an initial leg injury and maintenance of ongoing condition. We are so very grateful for everything they are doing and will continue to do to help Luna with her recovery. There advice, knowledge and support they have given us shows they truly care. Luna has been accessing laser and hydrotherapy since November 2023 following cruciate ligament rupture and MMP TTA surgery.🐾💕 🌟

I have been taking my 11 and 12 year old pups for the last 5 months. Main issue was to improve older dogs mobility as he had been struggling, despite monthly jabs at vets. He started on underwater treadmill but when he realised his sister was getting to swim and he preferred that we changed. In Dec we started laser therapy as well and all I can say is wow! From a dog who plodded and was not enjoying walks the way he used to we now have a mischievous nearly 13 year old and a dog who is happy with life. We’ve dropped to fortnightly swims and laser just as maintenance but they both love it x

NPRR is truly a one stop resource. I have a 12 year old Labrador that has weekly hydrotherapy , laser and acupuncture sessions to support his chronic and advanced osteoarthritis.We also avail of regular Physiotherapy sessions .There is no question that the expertise of the NPRR team and the superb facilities at the centre support and have probably extended his quality of life.
It is reassuring that The Team includes such a-wealth of veterinary nursing experience. I’ m so confident that a professional medical eye is being kept on my dog at all times .

Our 9 month old Labrador, Finn, needs bilateral elbow surgery, but he also has problems with his hocks, so his condition is not straightforward. However, we felt that he was too immature to cope with the extended recovery period that the surgery would require, at his young age. So, we have opted instead to delay surgery in order for him to have prehab, to work on his strength and balance, hoping to give him the best chance of a positive outcome. He is having laser treatment, which has had a remarkable effect on his pain levels, and as a result he is now much more comfortable, and playful. Physio too is making a huge difference to his strength and balance. He is also having hydrotherapy, which will improve his cardiovascular fitness, and is great fun for him. He settles very quickly at each appointment, thanks to the calm environment, and the squeezy cheese. The team at NorthPaws are, without exception, qualified, knowledgeable, caring and patient. They are immensely supportive, to pet and owner. Having NorthPaws on “Team Finn” means that he is receiving the best possible care. Quite simply, much of the stress of dealing with Finn’s multiple issues has been relieved, or put into perspective, by Natalie and the team. Finn is happier, stronger, and living his best life. We are enjoying watch the magic happen. 🐾

I cannot thank Natalie and the team for working such wonders on my miniature dachshund following IVDD surgery. In just a matter of weeks of regular treatment, Pie has become unrecognisable. Natalie and the teams care and knowledge is second to none and I truly believe we wouldn’t be where we are with her progress without their help. Thank you! I would highly recommend.
